About Us
Founded in 2023 by a veteran with nearly two decades of service to the Nation, SHAMSHAURYAM FOUNDATION is dedicated to empowering youth and supporting the families of our brave military personnel, including those from paramilitary and police forces. The Founder also serves as the Secretary of the Air Force Association, Odisha Branch, strengthening our connect with the veteran community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for talented yet underprivileged individuals, while extending support to the families of defence personnel. We focus on building skills, careers and confidence through:
- Free Online Agniveer Training – preparing underprivileged but talented youth for a career in the Armed Forces.
- Internships in Digital Marketing, HR and Sales & Marketing – offering practical exposure and industry-relevant learning to students.
- Career Counselling in Schools & Colleges – guiding students to make informed academic and professional choices.
- Skill Development & Mentorship – helping individuals enhance employability and achieve personal growth.
- Author Workshop – an endeavour to teach writing as a skill, enabling individuals to establish their own identity through expression.
